Sandra-Dee and more

Yeah, generic post title. Whatever, I'm unoriginal at 12:20 in the morning. My previous post didn't publish when I originally wrote it (two days ago), so whatever. 

I'm shacked up at Mikey's for this hurricane, although I will admit that I already miss my cats and I wish I was roughing out the storm with them. It's better for me to be here though. I won't be as scared because I'll be in company, and my mom doesn't have to worry about having enough supplies. Her and the cats are camped out in the living room so it's fine. My mom is more than capable of being alone for a day or two. 

So seeing as this hurricane/storm hybrid thing is a big deal, I'll be chilling out in pajamas for the next two days at least, so to make myself better I'll post a few pictures of my latest outfits and such. Currently I've been feeling a bit of a Bohemian/vagabond vibe, but I haven't done much to pursue that kind of look (broke bitch problems). So naturally, I'm still looking homeless.

I actually got hot pink pen on that shirt and it's vintage. :(

Hurricane Sandy is going to kill the rest of autumn by taking the rest of the leaves off the trees. At least Mikey and I were able to go pumpkin picking, even though we probably can't carve them. There probably won't even be a Halloween this year.

In preparation for the storm I've brought tons of yarn for crocheting, and I'm currently scouring Pinterest for a cool project idea. I even went as far as to buy a pocket stitch guide because I know I won't have internet access. Look at me thinking ahead!

All joking aside, I'm hoping every person and animal (especially animals...) in our area is safe. This storm is actually making me anxious. I'm lucky enough to be spending it with my best friend.
